The judgement is in abeyance because it is a sensitive issue and the courts also do not want to raise it any further.
Yet, every historical data will be taken in to consideration before passing any judgment so that the judiciary is not blamed. Judgement would be supported with due logic and without any bias to any caste creed or culture.
