The ability to show that I am always busy with work. I call that tactic as busy without work and it works wonders in govt offices as your head of section sees that your head is down and you are deeply engrossed in work and turning this and that paper will not call you to do any extra work. In the meantime I just about manage to complete the work allotted to me. Not just govt, but in all offices you witness there is this one person who is good at work and sincere also so the boss burdens that person with all the work.
