Are you sure that the author is G.Venkataraman? If so is the case, then I fear I dont have an asnwer to your question.
However, I know another book under the same title, written by the physicist BS Chandrasekhar. Its available for sale on amazon.com for 45 dollars. (I am sorry I dont know where you stay!!)
