The number itself may not be id card, but the AHDAR CARD is being accepted as an id and residential proof right now two weeks back i opened a bank account with the help of adhar card and pan card only and did not face any problem dont know why this person had in mind while making this statement

They r all cheaters ,first the dont tell u this and then later on declare.all r cheaters only.As he is Yojna ayug salahkar or mantri what ever ,this looting i also his yojna only
