A woman like Sonia in USA would be under trial and investigation for corruption charges and looting the nation. Good for her she is in India and enjoying the fruits of corruption.

She is probably the most intelligent thief amongst all and not stupid thieves like Raja, Kalmadi and Ajit Pawar as she has always managed to keep herself on the cleaner side. Chori karne me bhi akal lagti hai and she has that in abundance and never been caught right from the time of Bofors scam and her association with Quattorachi

Because in USA people are aware of their rights and duties. Any one there would take action against something that is against the law. Perhaps they respect their law.
Here in India, for example take your case. You have so much information and evidence against Sonia.
1. That she is corrupt.
2. That she is looting the Nation.
3. That she is enjoying the fruits of corrpution.
And instead of going to the courts with all your information/evidence and filing a PIL or straightaway going to the police and lodging an FIR against this Sonia, you are busy here, ticking away at the computer QnAing.
