Hey do you know onething now a days IIM students are not allowed to join the institution as a facculty after they hold a degree . Minimum 5 years theyhave to serve for some other institution ,and then come back . u know dear now I am a musician , I dont have further investemnt to make my son a musician . but its not good coz he would also follow the same path . parents also wants to show thier expertise on thier subject and this is why they expect thier children to outperform inthe same filed .

This is only the inner desire of every parent to give the best to their children, get the best for them, and they should always perform better in life that we somewhere lacked sometimes, expecting to fill the gap . Parents always want to take pride in their children' s success and also themselves, for providing their children all the support and letting them groom and grow and outperform them letting their dream come true.
