Yes but she must go to the family court and get divorced .Legality is important for the future and for the children One has to safeguard our own interests legality in anything we do.Legal maxim is Ignorance of law is no excuse.

Why not, actually any girl can enjoy the real sex after marrying with hindu boy only becoz the main enjoyment is on the tip and which is cut in other.
