A security guard was assigned duties on the main gate of an organisation of checking all the persons going out. He draw appreciation for his sense of duty. On a routine day, he checked an influential high officer. The person managed to transfer the guard to a remote centre. What is your say on this?

What appreciates over the time ,that matters, everybody of us works for money or sence of appreciation .or both. one canot influence which is beyond his control but one can control himself well to get desired outcome.
