A r ape victim in Punjab committed suicide after police did not act against her perpetrators and the girl had lost hope . what punishment must be given to cops ?

Need an investigation behind not being responsive, till them he should be kept under suspension. If proved guilty, he should be punished as per law.
But when it was there all over media, the respective higher authorities and Home Minister too r answerable for negligence.

Actually capital or rigorous punishment are given only when the society is virtuous , knows difference between good and bad ,and when all conditions and rule are for virtuous living , conditions that lead to rap3es are removed like alcohol , free mixing etc
there are reported ra3pes around 200 daily , we do not yet know unreported cases
so can we hang all of them daily ?
only when environment is created for good moral living , if then also some one rape@s ,then they criminals should be stoned publicly or beheaded to deter potential criminals
