1.Those parents who were careless for the precious life of their own child, they should go behind bar by now.
2 Law, who doesn't have any provision to arrest the owner or tenant of this land.
Unfortunately the implementation of law at our land is very poor.
Shame, shame !

Every body concerned.Particularly the parents and neighbourhood.Why did they allow the girl to go out for play at that odd hour 11pm.Why the neighbourhood(housing society/people in the locality) faild to relise the danger of a open bore hole and did not bother to cover it or bring to the notice of the concerned people.People need to sensitive and make the administration wake up.Blaming the administration only wouln't help.
