A non Muslim friend of mine asked how I could prove the existence of God and why He has given us life, and with what its purpose is. My answer did not satisfy him, please tell me what I should tell him?

What you tell him is between you and your friend why should we come in between, are we responsible for your mistakes or short comings that u cant satisfy him you should have looked for answer on any islamic site and given him a suitable answer
