Men and women still have a string of complaints about each other till today. Women are no angels either. Women find it difficult to be straight about their feelings, leading to this type of passive aggressive behaviour. Men too are not as emotionally articulate. Women have very little insight into this masculine world, although they think they do. Even as men have cleaned up around women, I have noticed more frank talk coming from the women. This is just my experience, and it could be a number of factors. I think the real problem in all of this is, when women try to participate in manly discourse. Of course women can discriminate against men. A lot of men are emotionally bottled up and feel threatened by shows of emotions. It's difficult for women to say 'sorry' because women tend to think they are the centre of the universe and men need to shape up...!

A man's lack of understanding makes it seem as woman's nature to b complex :)
