Q.
A 14 years old girl was sentenced to 100 lashes by the Shariat walaas in Bangladesh, for having illicit relations with a man of 40 years. The girl died after 70 lashes. The 40 year old man is free and fled to unknown place. The liberals say it was a clear case of rape. The girl was poor , the man was rich. Do you think this is justice of Islamic law?

Its a very very sad case. But it happens everywhere. Let me bring everyone's attention to the case of Chandra Mohan, and artists whose exhibition was attacked by goons. The cops , instead of going after the goons, arrested Chandra Mohan. The same has happened in this case. It not only islamic law, or indian law or US law. Its the collective conscience of the human race , which is to blame

Pure injustice and what surprises me is that the government of Bangladesh and the human rights groups are silent about this miscarriage of justice. A girl of 14 is a child and should have been treated as such. the 40 year old man was clearly the culprit and should have been treated a such.

The man who committed the crime was guilty, the people who are protecting or hiding him are guilty, the people who passed the sentence are guilty, the people who watched the sentence carried out are guilty - there is no punishment on earth for them that can compare to what they have ALL done to an innocent child. They are the scum of this earth.

This is absolutely injustice. The man is totally at fault and he should have been punished severely whereas the minor girl should have been helped and consoled.
