Q.
A lot of soldiers in Indian Army I talked to over the years claim they have been abused or feel enslaved by their commanding officer's. There were soldiers also who praised their CO's but an unhealthily large percent of soldiers have a negative feeling about their COs.
Is this a weakness that rebel groups with good propaganda skills can exploit?
