A juvenile being accused of heinous acts in d Delhi gang r*pe case, has experts claiming that d increase in the crimes committed by juvenile delinquents can be tackled by lowering their legal age limit... Is it justified??

It is Justified But remember One thing, even If you change Law Now, it wont have any effect on that Animal, He will be free in 3 years in any case

By showing leniency on age ground alone, we should not breed a criminal. A recent study has shown a spurt in crimes by juveniles after the age has been raised to 18 from 16.

I think it is correct. They may not be treated for entering into an agreement and vote before 18; but they are good to commit such crime. A boy of 15, who can molest a g....... ir. l is not different and equal to any grown up man.
