Q.

A just 15 years old boy said me today- There are only 2 things, right or wrong. If you know what is right & what is wrong its enough & no matter if you don't believe in God! Your views?

He is absolutely right in that. But in the process of finding whatz right and wtz wrong, he will see and undestand the path he follows.
There are manyways to realization and he knows his way to it. probably even without knowing exactly what he meant when he says that unless he is just impressed with someone else statement and repeated to you.

Is it Really possible to Define a perfect Right or Wrong .Best example is the image in Mirror what appear in Image is not Same what actually is the position .Then perception different Views can be there with different perceptions and frame of Reference .
If one is not aware of the basic fact or reality of Something unknown , then how a Right or Wrong can be established .
In Engineering drawing any object can be viewed in three basic Views ,Front View side view and top View .when all these three views Combine then the Image/projection Forms the actual Shape of the Object .Just front or side or Top view can not describe an Object .
Perception
Frame of reference
Angle of viewing
State of Mind
These are the Variables which define The context of Right and Wrong .So it is not very easy to differentiate between Right and Wrong .Believing in God has nothing to do with This Concept (with respect to This Frame of Observation ) .

God is only a source to have faith in you . If a person knows he is right , he doesn't need God .
