A had lodged a complain to pehredar against sbi/alinagar /gorakhpur in last month but till date no reply recd. from pehredar

Pehredar it seems is a voluntary organisation and they, in that case, are not bound by any law to reply - but since it is a voluntary organisation I suggest A should write back to them to know the reason for non action on their part and I am sure they will respond. It is quite possible that they are in the process of follow up with the concerned branch of SBI, who may be delaying in responding to them (to pehredar). All the Best !!!
