Q.
A friend of mine has told me that his mother had a problem of fallopian tube collapse and he was conceived in a lab through a process of in vitro fertilisation.
Do you admire his courage to reveal such a thing or you think that anyone would do that? Any further comments?

It is more than courage.. it is "maturity" thru awareness and enlightenment in the society..
Earlier days born out of marriage was the only solution for procreation towards maintaining the social fabric.. but human society had/has such system of procreation as we have witnessed in Kunti and Nath pratha (surrogation)..

And a friend of mine who could not conceive from her husband due to husband's infertility [[ who himself was a govt. physician ]] had, after some ceremony to make the environment pious, conceive in natural way through a pandit.
i have also heard through some friends of mine ; so, not much is known.
this took place about 40 yrs ago.
these are exceptions in the society;....... the above method is said to be ''niyog''
and dates back from mahabharate era

What is wrong in it? There are so many test tube babies taking birth every day... If you go for DNA test, you find same genes that of his parents.. No harm in revealing because it is the only course available when fertilization is not possible in a Fallopian tube.
