A former Chief Justice of India recently said in a meeting that Judiciary should not interfere with the governance. Is such a thing happening in India at least on some of the occasions? Your views?

Under the table dealing must be there between the judiciary(concerned justice only) and the governance....moreover judiciary-parliamentary nexus is not at all a new thing.....
