what punishment must be given to minister and his men ?

Minister must be stripped of post for not stopping his security from man handling.
the poor chap policeman was doing his duty and paid a heavy price for that
the culprits must be produced in same area and the cop must beat them black and blue in front of everyone as in eye for an eye. this way in future , such people will be scared of being humiliated publicly and restrain from doing such acts again

For this incident, minister is solely responsible. If a minister is not capable of controlling his own folk, how can he manage a portfolio entrusted to him as minister?
