A construction worker gets 100 to 200 rupees per day for constructing a tower while the builder gets crores of rupees ,why such a disparity in our country

Certain talents, skills and knowledge have more value. And persons with those capabilities are scarce and they cant be replaced easily. They have the power to innovate, create and bring prosperity, abundance and material profits. A construction worker can be replaced by another or even by a machine, but it is not so with the builder.
