The BJP minister of Chhattisgarh will not say such a thing if his wife/daughter is r*a*ped under this 'planetary influence' he is talking about.

I don't agree.Ministers are not Astrologers. And Indian new reports are not covering the entire earth planet ... so called our world. Also the sad part is now a days ministers are not doing there own duty Right. How can the public believe those who are not successful in the first place as a Minister.
