Q.
A bus ran 2 hours on the Delhi lanes ... not a single traffic police could sense a trace of the crime conducted inside...None did ask why the lights of a moving bus on a Delhi road is switched off... and an innocent gal became a victim of the lust of 7 beasts....Is Delhi police listening...???

If they were watcful and have their eyes and ears open, such things cannot happen. the proplem is that the implementation of the law by enforcing agency is very poor and the legal procedures are hugely cumbersome and as a result people committ a crime and still escape

It is a sad situation sir. aap dekhtey ja'o , the bus union will come to rescue the criminals and in a few years they will go scot free. the only punishment should be all these criminals , must have their organ cut so that life mein , they must not enjoy with their legally wedded wife too.
