90% of corruption and most of common man face today are at state level. Irrespective which party rule, state politician and official are big looter. there is no accountability at centre fund. central has no control over state mining, job transfer, bribe on permission and land. It is mostly regional party spoiled and killed india growth. now they are also influencing and blackmailing policy at centre with 5-10 seat-Comment

In India every state has an attitude "We are OK, the hell with you". They do things from behind the doors. Especially South India, Maharaksha, Gujraj and AP. In a world where states have that kind of attitude, Center should be more powerful and assertive. Development in India should be homogeneous.

You are absolutely right, but then the voters have to identify such politicians and the parties and try to elect national parties only
