50% of Indian engineers LACK basic ENGLISH skills! Also many people in India have no basic knowledge of Ms. Word and Excel like margin, padding, fitting page, mail merge, printing excel chart, font size, page size, putting headers, footers, aligning etc. What is your comment.

Any thing new in that. basically english is not out mother tounge hence, what else do u expect
