What is the legal coverage for pf?1) r the employees who r drawing more than 6500/- pm exempt from the perview of pf? 2)if the employer is not paying sal to the employees, is he not bound to deposit the pf and other decuctions like fpf, adm charges, edli etc? 3)what is the legal obligations on emploers?

Irrespective of payment of salary, employer is obliged to deposit PF.

If left and the company knows it as to be deemed as resigned, you should then submitt PF and FPF forms to the company's accoounts/personnel dept fil..more
