There is a place called -- Retail, where you get everything. The quality is good, the prices are as reasonable as possible plus the availability of a whole lot of frozen stuff. And the added advantage is that they home deliver the order. Any short fall in getting something is made up from Hyper City, which is as good but the problem of carting everything makes it a second choice. And for all the daily replenishment needs, there is a Kirana store which I have used for nearly twelve ears.

Initially I was exited when big names like Reliance, More, etc came on the scene.
But soon I got disillusioned by them because I had to deal with employees who were frustrated, rude, ignorant of product knowledge and who behave as if they are doing a favour to the customer
So I went back to good old grocery shops.
