Q.

1 of my junior employee who is supposed to b guided by me speaks in a very buttering manner n tells me that he is there to support me. n when i allot him a work he refuses me to do so in a rude manner infront of other junior employees. i dont like his speech. i dont care n i dont need his maskaa, i can do my work without his help. what to do? should i tell about his behavior to my senior employees?

You are the senior, you have to remoe work from him, tell him frankly that he needs to do his work properly and listen to you .

Yeh jo; junior our senior hai na is cheez ko khatm karo.......kaam kabhi junior our senior nahi hota ...kaam kaam hota hai..........our aapko kaam karna chahiye........
