No. She is accused and charge sheets have been made on many IPC codes have been invoked that amounts to warrant Non Bailable Warrant.
Secondly she is political. And her profile will not convince the learnt Judge, just to pass orders for her bail, given the law and order situations across the State she belongs to, esp. and the safety of witnesses, if any, as I guess.

Yes, there are few chances. but by now the loop holes prevented for peak stages to complete escape.
this is really weak process of Indian judiciary , or this is partial judicial especially for omnipotent rich politicians.
just imagine if a non- political background Indian "commit any crime" and a politically influenced commit any "clear crime".
open courts must be formed , i meant public must aware and challenge this Judicial system.

The accused had moved the High Court challenging the November 3 order of the special court denying them the bail.
In her bail plea, Ms. Kanimozhis counsel senior advocate Altaf Ahmed had contended that the trial court has ignored the Central Bureau of Investigations willingness to allow bail to the five accused (Ms. Kanimozhi, Mr. Kumar, Mr. Asif Balwa, Mr. Agarwal and Mr. Morani).

Keeping her in jail by not granting bail is not fair. Reasons for not granting bail to her to be stated. Whether it is possible that she can influence the evidences when most evidences are mere records and not human.
