Kargil War was especially Designed for NDA regime to surrender to the Policies laid by London and both the military (Pak & India) was involved in this.. That is why Congress always blame NDA for their policies which they carried forward led to various scams.

VK Singh has made two statements
(1) One fauji praising the courage of another fauji, even though he is an enemy. What is surprising about it? This is part of the military tradition. By saying this VK Sinh does not mean that he is surrendering to the enemy. BTW, once I had heard even Field Marshal Manekshaw praising the gallantry of Pak soldiers in some battle
(2) He has raised the issue of incompetence of the Indian side. What wrong had he said? The enemy enters our territory, their chief spends the night over here and, for months, we do not even come to know about it

India ki baat hi kuchh alag Hatke hai... jo bhi India se panga leta hai wo beghar ho jata hai... use pachhtaana padta hai..... ye apne aap ho jata hai... lekin un beakkal logonko samaz nahi aata hai.. ki India ki chhedkhani karna nahi..
