one. The reason you "gain" weight from certain types of exercise is because if you do it intensely, you will either cause inflamation, thus water weight gain, or bigger muscles which are heavier than fat but are good for you.

To eat like a normal person means eating two thousand-two thousand, five hundred calories a day, not three thousand, five hundred-three thousand, seven hundred calories a day, which is what a person who isn't paying attention to calories is likely to be eating. You still have to pay attention.
