: The Supreme Court has issued notice to Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalihthaa, on a special leave petition filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) challenging the quashing of the Rs 2.09-crore gifts case registered against her in 1996- Is this vindictive ?
