All this require an AMENDMENT of the constitution which needs two-third majority of the parliament.
Our political masters have to vote for the amendement. Do u think those people who survive by DIVIDING the society in the name of caste and religion would ever support such a change?
Will the so called minorities enjoying undue benifits out of selling religion and running institutions with foregn aid etc ever support the change?
Will the new caste of ELITE DALITs enjoying undue benifits support?
Will Caste leaderships support?
Will blind believers, who think without religion humanity will be chaos, support?
See.... there is a huge population of vested interests behind the existing stinking and decaying social system!
